‘An inspirational event’

The largest event of its kind, giving top UK employers and training providers a platform to meet their future talent – the UK’s next generation of apprentices.

by Emma O’Hara, National Apprenticeship Event and Conference

With the Government’s 2020 vision on apprenticeships and the launch of degree apprenticeships, The National Apprenticeship Event and Conference at The ICC in Birmingham, is the largest event of its kind and has given Top UK Employers and Training Providers a platform to meet their future talent – the UK’s next generation of apprentices.

With thousands of candidates visiting for our apprenticeship experience, they meet with our Industry Event Partners in conferences throughout the day giving them valuable information before going into Hall 3 to explore the huge range of apprenticeship opportunities with our exhibitors.

The event provides an apprenticeship experience in a lively, interactive and fun environment for employers and providers large and small to showcase their apprenticeships to an audience of thousands of 14 to 29-year olds offering businesses a fantastic way to get involved with inspiring, celebrating and promoting apprenticeships.

We would welcome all of the following apprenticeship sectors at the event to give candidates a wide spectrum of choice across Construction Planning and the Built Environment, Education and Training, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies, Health, Public Services and Care, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Leisure Travel and Tourism, Retail and Commercial Enterprise, Agriculture Horticulture and Animal Care and Arts Media and Publishing as well as the General Business Sector.

Why should your business be involved? This event provides quality face to face time with your future workforce and gives your organisation the chance to really inspire young people to consider apprenticeships as their route into work. Being part of this inspirational event will:

  • Showcase your apprenticeship opportunities and recruit the best young talent.
  • Raise the profile of your organisation and sector.
  • Show your commitment to apprenticeships at the UK’s largest event.
  • Reach thousands of young people and adults aged 14-29, as well as teachers, parents and careers advice professionals.

This unique event brings together people interested in finding out more about apprenticeships together with Top UK Employers, Training Providers – and your business.
